The agriturismo

The apartment has been recently renovated, and can host up to 8 guests. A bright, airy simplicity characterises your stay.

From a private entrance, guests will arrive at the first of two floors, composed of a master bedroom and double bedroom, a bathroom, and a large kitchen, which leads directly out onto a sweeping, south-facing terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven, a kittle, induction hobs, and pots and pans..

The second floor is a loft, made up of another double bedroom with a small entryway, a bathroom, and a living area with two extra beds.The apartment is only accessible via a staircase.

Guests are invited to make use ofthe ample garden beneath the property, picking seasonal fruit from the trees in its orchard. A covered bike parking area is also available

An overnight stay includes:

• Sheets and towels
• Wi-Fi
• Parking spaces
• Covered bicycle parking

Extra services available upon booking:

• Italian breakfast: bread, yoghurt, jam, juice, cereal, and butter. Cost: 5€ per person per night
• Newborn kit: travel cot with bedsheets and highchair. Cost: 5€ per stay.

Terms and condition

BOOKING is carried out by paying a 40% deposit via bank transfer, or via credit card payment. The remaining cost of your stay is required the day of check-in, via credit/debit card or cash.

CHECK-IN is carried out after 16.00 CHECK-OUT must be before 11.00.

Pets are not permitted.

Upon arrival, a CAUTIONARY DEPOSIT of €50 in cash will be requested for any possible damage to the property. This deposit will be repaid at the end of your stay, once the state of the apartment has been checked.

CANCELLATION must be carried out 30 days prior to your arrival.For any cancellations carried out after this period, your deposit will not be returned.
