It is ten kilometers from Udine. Nestled in the morenic hills of Treppo Grande. Al Settimo Miglio is an agro lodging run by Erica and Fabio: two young farmers who founded Zagara, an organic farm in 2020, not far from the lodging.
The apartment looks over a garden with orchards with an independent entrance and with spaces designed for family and groups. It is not a hotel pretending to be an agro lodging: it is a place where you arrive as guests and leave as friends.
It is a tranquil base from which to explore Friuli Venezia Giulia, a land of medieval castles, characteristic hillside villages, local dishes and wine and breathtaking seasonal views.

Recently renovated, luminous and well organised spaces, the apartment can accommodate 5 - 7 persons, with an independent entrance and spaces thought out for family living

Who we are

Erica e Fabio founded Zagara in 2020, an organic farm near the lodgings where they cultivate respecting the land and its neighbours.
Al Settimo Miglio is born out of the same philosophy: hospitality as an extension of our way of life, not as a service merely provided. Real sustainability - re-newable energy, local products, reduced waste - and human warmth.
Here each guest is welcomed as a part of the family, an open door and familiarity.

Treppo Grande — Cividale del Friuli (about 32 km · medium effort)
A trail around the Friuli hills to Cividale, a medieval Unesco city, with its cathedral, longobard temple and the spectacular ‘Devil bridge’ Perfect for a day trail.
Treppo Grande — San Daniele del Friuli (about 15 km · medium effort)
Villages, vineyard, views of the Carnia alps: San Daniele is famous for its prosciutto DOP, to be tasted in the historic centre. A trail for the less hardy.
Treppo Grande — Villa Manin (about 35 km · medium effort)
The Friuli countryside surrounded this most imposing noble villa of the region. Villa Manin hosts shows and cultural events all year round, plus gardens and parks to explore.
